Funeral services for Donald Robert “Robbie” Benedict Jr., 23, of Aiken, SC will be held three p.m., Sunday, November 9, 2014 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend Charles Morris officiating; burial will be in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday. Robbie passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014.
Born in Aiken, SC he was the son of Donald R. Benedict, Sr. and the late Belinda Donielle Osman. He was a member of Elko Baptist Church, worked in Business Management for Target Corporation in Aiken, attended USC-Salkehatchie and was a 2008 graduate of Williston-Elko High School.
Survivors include his father, Donnie Benedict of Williston; daughter, Emmy Adaline Benedict of Barnwell; fiancé, Phylesha Hiers of Aiken; paternal grandmother, Pearle Owens Benedict of Williston; maternal grandfather, Donald G. Osman of Florida; maternal grandmother, Doris Ceeley of Williston; and a number of aunts and cousins.
